My boyfriend and I enjoyed our experience, we got the 1 hour massages off of Groupon. You can mess with the control pad to also switch the functions and massage type. We were both relaxed and sleepy when we got done. It is kind of in a super random location (an office building) and I agree with the review that said they needed better signage, they definitely should at least have something outside the building. Overall we enjoyed it though!

It was our first experience at Zero Gravity Massage and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Booking and checking in were super smooth and easy. Shonn answered the phone immediately and gave us clear instructions. The room was very peaceful with the muted lighting and ocean waves sound machine, and importantly, it was also sparkling clean. My husband and I were able to adjust our chairs to our individual preferences and both found the massage relaxing and thorough. It's definitely different from getting an in-person massage, as the chair can hit multiple points at once. We will be traveling later this year and will look for Zero Gravity Massages in other cities as well - it's a great way to spend an hour in peaceful relaxation!

Overall great. Easy to use and self guided. First time and location threw us off a little especially in the dark but alas helpful review photos we entered with confidence pretty building and great text directions we found it. Phone operater was great. Room was quaint and relaxing. Chair was state of the art, great pressure
