Words cannot describe the outstanding experience I had with Krista. I highly recommend giving this place a chance. I came in with an open mind and had my first craniosacral session. Unsure of what to expect, I was greeted with feelings of love, safety, and ended deeply relaxed. In my personal experience, I was able to breathe through and finally let go of a lot of trauma.
