I had the Pelo Signature Facial with LED Light Therapy and it was absolutely amazing! Kirsten was incredibly gentle and made the experience so relaxing and rejuvenating. Nema and McKenna at the front desk were so welcoming and kind—such a great vibe from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere at Pelo West, located in the Galt Hotel, is so serene and inviting. I left feeling refreshed and glowing!

Wonderful first time experience for me. I had a relaxing facial by Gabby and she was just wonderful! The facial left me feeling so sleepy it was the perfect time to move on to my massage by Mercedes. She was so sweet and was making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I really enjoyed myself today and I will be returning with my husband and my girlfriends. I will also say the receptionist is great at her job because I felt so welcomed and was efficient with getting me booked the same day I requested an appointment.
