Wow! What a great place and such a great experience. I had an infrared sauna session and a massage with Misha. Both were AMAZING! Misha’s techniques are like no other. I’ve had several massages from several places and nothing of this caliber! Treat yourself and go for a visit!
This place is amazing!!! This massage was the absolute best massage I have ever had and I do get massages regularly. The overall ambiance of the place makes you feel so good, peaceful, and grounded. I loved getting to relax for 20 minutes on the sauna and then getting the massage. I am definitely going back.
First time at Mbodi and this was by far the best massage/bodywork session I've ever experienced! Erica did an incredible job. She adapted the practice based on my individual needs so even traditionally tender or uncomfortable muscle groups felt great while she was working them. I've never fallen asleep during a massage before but I fell asleep twice on the table - it was the best!
