I was new to the area, and hadn’t found a provider so wasn’t doing great at all. Things greatly improved since Astra. My provider has been good about figuring out what works for me especially considering I have so many problems with medications and interactions. He has helped me get on track without the side effects. I trust him to manage my daughter’s medications now, too. Not sure how I could ever do life again without such great care. Thanks so much!

First off I’m not the kid in the picture my name is Angela and idk my kid and my stuff are mixed up. 😀 Dr. Austin is my guy he is very chill and light hearted and I like him very much. I do think it is a little easier for me to just come to the office to set the appointment just because it can be busy.

I have had 2 providers throughout my 4 year treatment at Astra. Both were very professional. Only one real problem has been that if you miss the first call, some times they won't call back and will make you reschedule. Also, there isn't much Interaction based on the underlying problems causing my symptoms. I didn't really have any expectations going in. I just needed my meds so it's probably my fault we don't talk it out more?
