I've been going to LifeStance Health since June 2024, and I’ve had an excellent experience with both my psychiatrist and therapist. I began seeing Dr. Tovar in March 2025, and he has been a critical part of my care. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and truly listens. I never feel rushed, and he always takes the time to explain treatment options thoroughly. I also see Marlene Huff for therapy, and she has been amazing to work with. She's compassionate, insightful, and supportive—she's helped me navigate some of the most difficult periods with empathy and skill. I’ve felt consistently supported through my work with her. Together, they’ve helped me manage treatment-resistant depression through a combination of therapy, medication, and TMS therapy. The care has been comprehensive and deeply personal. The staff at LifeStance are also friendly and accommodating, and communication is always smooth. They send timely reminders, are quick to respond, and make scheduling or rescheduling simple. I feel like I’m in good hands here. Highly recommend LifeStance for anyone seeking thoughtful, thorough, and effective mental health care.

Honestly I have had a hard time finding good care in the area for some time. I have been through different providers and therapists. Wasn’t happy with those services and some of them didn’t take my insurance so it was quite expensive. Lifestance was so easy it was intimidating but I really like my therapist and FINALLY found the care I was looking for. Not sure if I lucked out but my boyfriend also found care as well. If you’re searching around- I definitely recommend lifestance!

I've been seeing Dr Ghanta for over 20 years. He has always listened to my condition each time and then determined if my medication needed to be adjusted or not. He is not a counselor, but he has guided me to counselors when I needed them. Since he's been with LifeStance I've had better txted reminders and the ability to do Telehealth sessions, which have been great!
