We recently visited here for our first time for an impromptu "spa day". We enjoyed the beginners yoga, a foot soak, and some time in the cave. It was a very relaxing experience, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We hope to visit again soon!
My 1st time here, I got a session in the salt tent and it helped with my congestion. I also did a foot soak detox. It was cool seeing all the different colors pulling from my feet. I drank lots of water 💧 and was ready to sleep. I usually have bad insomnia. I will definitely be back want to try some yoga in the salt cave next.
