The staff were super nice and helpful. A staff member made sure my bike was adjusted properly and I understood how to use the bike for the class. The instructor, Ronnie, was great! The facility was very clean and provided towels. It was also nice that my visit was free. I'd definitely join this gym if I lived in Lexington!!

Everything went really well for my first time there. The staff was friendly and helped me through getting started with the class and checked on me at the end. Anna C definitely pushes you, which I need. She was motivating and friendly. I will do more of her classes for sure. I am excited to try out the other classes.
