I've had massages before but this one took me to a whole different level. She literally had my mind and soul in a different realm. I followed the massage with 45 minutes in the salt room. Relaxed is an understatement ❤️ Thanks hubby for the gift.

What a peaceful, relaxing, restorative experience. I loved Rebecca Geracitano’s hour-long meditation on peace, incorporating crystal bowls and drum! The salt room is so unique and cozy, with luxurious loungers & they offer free blankets. I chose to add a warming neck wrap for a small fee and it was worth it! The staff is welcoming and helpful. This was a wonderful way to practice self-care.

Wonderful spa experience in the halotherapy salt room. Luxurious feel while you are doing good for your body. It was so relaxing and you MUST get the weighted neck pillow during your stay. Highly recommend this gem in Crestwood. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. I will be back soon to try the red light therapy next!
