I can not say enough good things about Serenity Fitness Yoga & Reiki. Breathwork with Kelly every other Monday evening is transformative. As an athlete, I highly recommend the Myofascial Yoga class, with Wendy, to get out all the knots and kinks in the body. Also, I have discovered that my perfect lunch break is the Sound Bed/PEMF Mat combo. It is pure relaxation and mind reset I need at the end of the week. So many amazing services in this little place of Zen.

Wendy is the best. Restorative yoga is my favorite, and her guided meditations are wonderful as well. I always leave with a renewed sense of peace and purpose!
