Needed a moment to relax after a long week. The location is close to home and the sauna room is just what I needed. The staff were so kind and friendly. I listened to music and sounds of waves on a beach. 🏝️

Staff is friendly and courteous, and I love the water dispenser. Having a cooler of select beverages is a nice treat too. I love that I'm able to watch television programming, which is really helping me to come more regularly. Having a cool towel to refresh with after is also a very nice service when I'm on the go. My way to stay ready for summer in KC!

Perspire in Lenexa is one of my favorite ways to treat myself. Everyone is always so welcoming and kind, the facilities are clean and well kept. I love that they set it up for you ahead of time how you like it- they just are so thoughtful and go above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend it more.
