I had a Therapeutic Sound Session with Becky at Illuminate Healing Studio, and loved it. The room was extremely well kept and decorated with sound healing tools, and Becky gently held space as she played sounds to help me release anxiety and stress. Having the hands and feet massage at the end was divine! I felt more relaxed afterwards than I have in months. I would highly recommend an appointment with Becky for anyone looking to release anything or bring a greater sense of ease into their world!
Becky is an awesome Yoga instructor! She is very good at changing up the routine each month and explaining how to do each routine. Her new studio is so warm and welcoming! ❤️
Never tried yoga before despite doing years of martial arts. Was searching for new ways to stretch. After 2 classes of yin yoga, I more than understand the appeal. Super beginner friendly. Super clean, fun and charming environment.
