Vitality Wellness & Weight Loss has absolutely changed my life! A little over a year and half at age 30 I had heart surgery, which not only didn’t help, but left me suffering with migraines every day, all day. I was a bit bummed this week with new foods, some bloating and other not fun symptoms AND was only down 2#s this week. But I am down 4#s body mass fat (NO LONGER “obese” according to this marker!), my body water mass was up 1.3% and also 6yrs younger in my metabolic age. All this in one week and all my internal markers were positive! My BMI is still overweight but that’s EXACTLY why I am doing this Vitality Wellness Journey.
