I had a phone session with Diana and it was so lovely. . She was able pick up on some heavy stuck energy and help not only myself but also my son work on clearing it. I felt immediately lighter both physically and energetically afterward. It was like an energy massage. I also got lots of tips to help going forward. The energy at the Academy of Spiritual Arts is amazing. I feel elevated just walking in. I love taking classes here and coming for meditations. There is a wonderful sense of community here.
