I made my first visit to the Springfield Urgent Care Plus office today. It is Memorial Day and they were open. The receptionist was so kind and compassionate. The waiting room was very comfortable with a bright and cheery atmosphere. I didn’t have to wait very long before I got called back to an exam room. All staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional. I received excellent care and would definitely recommend this Urgent Care Center to everyone. I am so thankful for all of the staff that were working on the holiday so that I could get the care and treatment that I needed.

Everyone from all the departments I had contact with ,registration , nursing, physician, x-ray, lab, were so happy and cheerful. They genuinely cared about how I felt and my doctor was superb also. I was impressed by their efficiency and their empathy. It seemed to me that everyone loved their job and loved being there, caring for people. The facility is very similar to a miniature ER. And most, if not all of the employees came from an emergency room and were quite qualified to care for anything that presented itself.

I had to take my daughter to this urgent care today and the doctors & nurses were absolutely amazing! They were extremely patient and kind with me and my daughters and I couldn’t recommend this place more for thorough tests that you may need done! Kayla, the RN was especially amazing at making my daughter feel comfortable and talking her through everything that had to be done and she was exceptionally kind and patient with her as well, even gave her stickers every time she asked! I couldn’t say anything bad about the staff or this urgent care(:
