I'm still kind of new to LifeStance, as it has only been a couple months. Liking it a lot so far! Booking online for an initial appointment was a new concept for me, but it went pretty smooth and easy. Now liking the pre-check in from my phone before appointments. Check-in at the office is always a breeze. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet. Love my therapist, I was able to find a good match to assist with my reasons for coming.
My experience with a virtual appointment was great! It was super easy, so convenient, and I honestly really enjoyed being able to just sit at home comfortably while having my appointment.
Booking is easy, they accept most every insurance. I have enjoyed my sessions with Alicia Gatti (LifeStance Springfield, IL), she is very down to earth, and makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. They take care insurance claims, paying your bill is extremely easy. I am have a very positive experience with my counselor and LifeStance. 10/10
