I’ve been coming here since Witchy’s opened over on Kilbourne, if I’m not mistaken, back in the early 2000s. While the ownership has changed, the core feelings that the store and members radiate has not. Every time I stop in, it still has that nostalgic and particular type of comfort and intrigue I remember as a child. Thank you for being an essential part of my childhood, adulthood, and development as a person!

Let me start by saying this store is incredible! The store changed owners in October 2019 and they have turned it into a warm, fun and welcoming place. Don’t be deceived, the store looks small from the street but when you walked in you’ll be shocked by how big it is and how many things they carry! Every time I come in, I feel like I’m entering a new store. They have all the usual things like stones, crystals, books, candles, incense, jewelry and more. They also have unique items I haven’t seen in other shops. Their prices are in line with others, but what makes them stand out is the rotating monthly discounts they offer. Each month they spotlight a different product category which can save you a lot of money. They stock statues covering different pantheons as well as novelty statues, candle holders and incense burners. They have the largest selection of herbs and stones I’ve seen anywhere. I was looking for an obscure herb and no one in the area had it. The staff here told me they do special orders and in two weeks I had what I needed! Staff at this store are happy and helpful too. I never feel like I’m a bother when I ask questions. If they don’t know the answer they’re honest and tell me, then help me research the answer. I have had readings (Laura Lee & Lydia) and healing sessions (Terri) and have loved each one. I’ve also taken a couple of classes with various instructors (Rose Dragon, Lydia, Laura Lee) and always walk away with a new or greater understanding of the material covered. My favorite are their make-and-take classes! Lydia’s rituals are always beautiful and authentic. They also have an impressive website too that offers almost everything in the store. This is truly a hidden gem on the south side. If you haven’t been here yet you need to stop by, because their selection is ridiculous and the energy is positive. I feel very fortunate to have such a great place and can’t wait to see what I find there next! Blessed Be!

In this shop sits a guardian. Seek shelter in the shadows of his wings. The acts of selflessness kindness and compassion are never forgotten. All in this world will offer you one of two things. On one hand there is a maze, on the other a labyrinth. The maze puts the reward and the way at the furthest corner from you, it is full of dead ends, and will keep you backtracking in constant confusion. In the maze there is only one way which treacherous to reach with endless pitfalls and high walls to blind you. The labyrinth has no walls you can enter and leave at any time, the reward and the way is always placed at its center. In the labyrinth all paths lead to the center and all paths leave back out. There is no confusion no pitfalls no backtracking no blindness of high walls no anguish of doubt that can touch your being. When those of the maze close in, a guardian of the labyrinth always rises.
