Zuzana has an exciment about Tai Chi that is tremendous. Her teaching style is to break things down then put them all together. I found I was going over the videos she sends over and over and I was able to understand fine details in the movements. I recommend this class to anyone who wants to know Tai Chi movements.

I cannot recommend Zuzana enough. Working with her has been one of the most transformative energy healing experiences of my life. I went to her the first time not really knowing much about QiGong, energy healing or acupressure. She made it all very approachable, taught me along the way and always made sure I was comfortable.
