I decided to give the harmonic egg a try after doing some research on sound therapy and its benefits. My experience was a great one, I chatted with the owner for a few minutes so she could customize my experience. We then went off to the egg and after getting comfortable in the chair the experience began. All I did was relax and listen to the sound, after about 20 minutes I felt my heart rate go down and felt every beat of my heart. A feeling of calm came over me that I had only experienced in sensory deprivation tanks. towards the end there is a few minutes of silence. I came out of the egg with a nice calm feeling, my voice even changed I was so calm. The rest of the day I had a nice chill feeling and drank lots of water like I was instructed to do. I took a nice nap around 4pm that day and slept very well that night and woke up well rested. My experience was a great one and I told people about it.
