Walking into Pulling Down the Moon, I was immediately greeted by Lisa, whose warm welcome set the tone for my fantastic experience at their Chicago location, surrounded by the calming and welcoming atmosphere. My therapeutic massage with Melissa was incredible! You could tell Melissa knew exactly what she was doing. She not only tackled the specific issues in my back and shoulders that we had talked about but also discovered some other tight spots I hadn't even noticed. I love getting knots worked out, and Melissa definitely delivered. She used the perfect amount of pressure, just like I asked. Throughout the session, she asked insightful questions to make sure she was targeting the right areas. Afterward, Melissa gave me some helpful tips to keep my shoulders and rotator cuff mobile until my next massage. Overall, my experience at Pulling Down the Moon was fantastic. I would go back and get another massage from Melissa in a heart beat!
