I went into It’s Raining Zen today and it is a most delightful shop to get beautiful crystals and everything under the sun pertaining to the metaphysical and supernatural realm. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I met and spoke with the general manager, Laura. She was very knowledgeable and definitely is an asset to this business. Her beautiful and powerful light from within, shines brightly making her patrons feel at ease and right at home. I highly recommend this shop. It’s a great place for seeking connection and information about all thing’s spiritual, metaphysical, and supernatural. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a truly lovely shop! It’s Raining Zen is such a beautiful place, and a must visit for anyone in the Alton area (I came in from STL specifically to go to the store, and it was very well worth the trip!) I spent a couple of hours in the shop and very easily (and very happily!) could have spent more, as there is so much to explore. You name a genre of witchy treasure, they’ve got it—they have expansive (and beautifully displayed) collections of incense, tea, essential oils, oracle and tarot cards, books, herbs, crystals, candles, and so much more, all at very reasonable prices. (I also thought that having a free positive affirmation to take at check out was a charming touch!) The staff could not been kinder, more welcoming, or more helpful—they create a really beautiful and inviting atmosphere in the shop. Staff members took time to answer my questions so thoughtfully and thoroughly (even as it was a busy day in the shop, they were very generous with their time.) I also had a reading with one of the co-owners, Donna, when I was visiting, and can’t recommend having a reading with her highly enough. She was tremendously kind, and is remarkably intuitive and insightful. Everything she shared with me was very powerful and deeply resonated with me, and I know will all be very helpful in my spiritual life and growth moving forward. Highly recommend a reading with her! I also appreciate the pride flag the shop has hanging outside and the anti-racist signs hanging within it, ensuring that all visitors know the shop is a safe and affirming space for all of its visitors. All together, a fabulous shop to explore and a wonderful experience!

I have been a customer since It’s Raining Zen has opened and from that day on it has always been my safe/happy place. I always feel so welcomed by the staff and owners. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. After all of these years I had my first appointment with Donna today for a Chakra balance. I can honestly say it was a phenomenal experience. I learned a lot from Donna. She was so gracious, kind, patient, and understanding. A truly beautiful soul. I feel absolutely amazing and can’t wait to see what the days ahead bring. My only regret is not doing it sooner! I will definitely be making another appointment and look forward to trying her other services.
