Whether you are looking for yoga classes or dance classes, Yoga Wellness Connection has it all. Classes are only $15 for drop-in classes. For a limited time, you can try a month of unlimited classes for $35. I recommend the instructor Savannah for Kundalini yoga and Jodi for Soma yoga. The instructors here know how to adjust certain classes to best help the class to get the most out of the practice. Classes are typically 50 minutes long. Yoga mats and equipment are all provided by the studio if you don't have your own. The studio also puts on weekly events such as sound baths and couples massage events. Easily the best studio in Southeast Idaho!

One of my favorite studios! I’ve been blessed to be apart of such a wonderful community. Everyone here is so friendly and so amazing to talk to. Nicole (the owner) welcomes everyone into her studio and also still teaches! Overall, I highly recommend this studio for anyone trying to learn yoga, Pilates, barre, or dance! They have so many different classes and so many wonderful teachers!
