I love Miracle Ear and Jim Williams! He definitely knows his stuff. And he cares about the patient. The first month he spent over six hours with me as I tested some hearing aids, and he didn’t charge a penny! He lets me call and/or text with questions, and he gets back to me same day! His enthusiasm for helping people hear is contagious. I love being able to hear what my husband is saying when we’re in a crowd, or the TV without blasting others out, or the birds chirping, and the sound of a waterfall! It’s a whole new world! I definitely made the right choice when I chose Miracle Ear!! Thank you Jim!!

Jim and his team were amazing to work with. Jim has a hearing loss himself that he has had since he was young, so he understands what it’s like to deal with a hearing loss through all stages of life. After the hearing test they went through the results and explained them very thoroughly and even showed a few examples. They showed us the hearing devices and we tried some on in office. He treated our family with great care the whole appointment and we look forward to working more with them in the future. I would definitely recommend Miracle Ear!

They really care about him and have great service and they are easy to get in to see when he needs to. They are always willing to accommodate our busy schedule.
