Yoga Love is my favorite yoga instructor. I have been doing yoga for 15 years now and Lila is the most conscientious instructor I have had. She is creative and fun, but also creates a safe place push yourself, improve your skills or just meditate and forget the pressures of the day. I also love the partnership with different organizations that provide breathing practice, sound baths, and disco music to her yoga class.

Yoga Love is such an incredible studio, and Lila is truly one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. She genuinely cares about each of her clients and takes the time to understand their goals, whether it’s building strength, increasing flexibility, or just finding a little more peace in their day. Every class feels tailored and thoughtful, and you can tell she puts so much heart into what she does. I always leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and grateful. If you’re looking for a yoga instructor who is both knowledgeable and deeply supportive, I can’t recommend Lila enough!

Every time I come for Yoga class, I’m greeted with a warm smile and a mindful practice. The instructors really know what they’re doing. I go to Lila mostly, she offers alternative stretches, which is nice for days I’m not feeling my most flexible. She also has a great music mix which I really appreciate, I have asked for the names of some of the songs she plays! There are also a variety of classes to choose from. Keep up the great work guys!
