RISE has been one of the most truly transformative experiences of my life. It has healed me not just on a physical level, but also mentally, emotionally and spiritually! It has truly amplified my life! I’m forever grateful for everyone at RISE. They have become my friends and my family. I hated cryotherapy but then I signed up for a membership to come back for it. Perfect love-hate relationship 😂 But seriously, this place is amazing. My next favorite place after the gym, and the office.

No surgery needed! I was introduced by my doctor who recommended cryotherapy as means of reducing inflammation and pain around my shoulder, but little did I realize there would be so many additional benefits! Not only did I forgo bicep tenodesis surgery but my overall energy significantly improved as well as my sleep cycles, which has been awesome. Further, and what I underestimated most, was the euphoric feeling you gain after leaving the cryo-chamber; it’s the most amazing runners-high and lasts rest of the day. I was getting such good results that I recommended it to my daughter, who is at Boise State and and has struggled with anxiety since 2020. She absolutely loves it as it’s eliminated 90% of her stress.
