Since the first day I went to One Beat, I have felt so welcomed! All the instructors are so fun to be around and always so kind. I have met some great people while attending classes. I am grateful for the convenience it has been to workout in a safe and friendly environment. I also love the variety of classes that they offer. Love this studio! The instructors are so positive, welcoming, and energizing. The workouts are fun and fast paced so time flies by. I’ve been doing the classes virtually from out of state the past few weeks and have really enjoyed it. The fact that the classes are live increases my commitment so I get them done and not just “push it off” to do later. There is also a good variety.
I have loved going to One Beat Wellness! When I started going in October of 2023, I could not say I enjoyed working out. Now, I really look forward to working out each week. I definitely have my favorite classes and I love the variety. The teachers are so positive, uplifting and fun to be around! So thankful to have this studio in Blackfoot!!
