This is my favorite yoga studio in Kona by far. There is always sense of love and compassion in the room. I always left, feeling rejuvenated. I hope to be back soon. Definitely partake in a sound meditation!
Amazing hot vinyasa with Tika while we visited the BI! Tika was welcoming and so was the whole class. Class was nice and hot to get the muscles warm!!
