Kundalini meditation was something I’ve never tried before and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I’ve gone several times now and absolutely everyone in the studio is so warm and welcoming. It’s truly a safe and judgement-free space. They even offer tea, water, and snacks! The meditation itself has amazing benefits. Each class has been different but I’ve had a powerful experience every time!
