I wanted to share about a positive experience with Morgan Dunn earlier this year. I was able to make significant habit changes that I have been trying to make progress towards for years, with minimal success on my own. He didn't tell me what to do, but instead helped me to figure out what I already knew worked and helped me to build long standing changes in self-care, exercise, and positive self-talk and communication with my family/friends. Morgan was easy to share with and always listened intently, helping me to figure out the barriers to my success during our sessions. I am grateful and would recommend him to anyone looking to start making meaningful steps towards a healthier life/outlook.
