Finally found the yoga studio that I’ve been looking for! I’ve been practicing yoga for 9 years but only been doing it at home with online classes. But now with a toddler, it’s very challenging to stay focused. When my soul sister asked to try out the yoga studios around where we live, we’ve been going to a few different places and I’m so glad that I give Bodhi Om Yoga a try. It’s a small class (which I prefer) but it’s very inviting, calming, and I just love the energy. We’ve done classes with Jeanine and Heidi and I love the way they guide us through the practice. This place is a true gem! I’m looking forward for my next classes already.

This yoga studio radiates beautiful energy. Heidi is a passionate, down-to-earth, and welcoming yoga teacher. I appreciate that she offers modifications in all her classes and explains the benefits and philosophy of yoga in detail. Her healing sessions are wonderful. I wish I could give her 100 stars. Highly recommend!!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this studio is! Heidi is so kind, has such great energy, and she made me feel welcome from the second I walked in the door. She keeps everything light and fun in her classes, while also making it a meaningful practice. Heidi, Dakota and the Bodhi Om team makes sure everyone is comfortable, and they always offers assistance and explanations when needed. She is extremely knowledgeable and I love how she teaches you about different types of yoga, breathing techniques and meditation in small conversations before and after class. The studio itself is beautiful, warm, conveniently located, and prices are very reasonable. There are also plenty of class times from morning to evening which makes it easy to incorporate a class into your schedule. I have finally found my home studio and am so thankful for Heidi and Bodhi Om!
