Yury is an incredible instructor and just overall an amazing individual. I had the pleasure of learning from him for a week (he was teaching me how to be an instructor) and his knowledge and ability to explain it in a simple way was refreshing. I was lucky enough to be able to attend one of his workshops where he shared the Wim Hof Method and some of his coaching perspectives for living a happy and healthy life which I resonated with on every level. I was lucky enough to have Yury as a lead instructor for the WHM Academy, Master Module in Mexico. He is an amazing teacher, his presence and patience blew me away. I was nervous starting the course but Yury’s compassion and connection with everyone in the group put me at ease very quickly. He is deeply knowledgeable in all the modalities he specialises in and explains even the more complicated aspects clearly and in an understandable and relatable way. I feel incredibly lucky to have gotten to train under Yury and left this course with a deeper understanding and realisation of my own strengths and confidence.
