Zen Space Wellness Studios is like a breath of fresh air. Their one stop shop to wellness approach is very efficient and convenient. I am a cancer survivor, and live with an array or side effects that has devastated my body. My palliative care doctor suggested that I start yoga, I was very nervous to start. I researched a bunch of different studios in the surrounding areas and wasn't finding any other studios that offer so many other holistic services. Their yoga studio is beautiful, welcoming and the instructors are each unique in their style of teaching. It provides such a well rounded practice. After two months of yoga, I already can feel a major difference in my physical and mental health. I started utilizing other holistic services they offer, I have gotten a massage, facial, red light salt therapy and acupuncture. I plan on trying out all their services. I am very grateful that they are here in Oviedo!

This is my favorite studio for true effective and peaceful Yoga! The atmosphere always feels light and positive. Ive been going here now for 4 months once a week and i always feel more aligned and empowered when i leave. The class sizes are smaller so its easy to follow and the instructor can correct or assist when necessary. They have all the accessories you would need, including eye bags, blocks, straps, and bolsters. They always start on time and the temperature is always good.

I recently attended my first sound bath class at Zen space, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the calming atmosphere and welcoming coach, Stephanie, made me feel at ease. The sound bath itself was truly transformative, omg I really loved how the beautiful sounds filled the room, allowing me to deeply relax and meditate. As someone new to this type of class, I was amazed at how peaceful and rejuvenated I felt afterward. It was the perfect way to start learning about meditation. I will definitely be returning for more classes, and I highly recommend Zen studios to anyone looking to explore sound baths or deepen their meditation practice. 100% recommend!
