I’ve been going to the Healing house for just about six months and I can tell you- this facility is hands down the best! Eric is awesome and extremely patient. He returns calls immediately and I never felt rushed. Lynette is incredible and helped me feel extremely comfortable and confident with my treatment plan. She gave me hope that I could feel better. I completed my second round of TMS at the healing house and the entire process: from start to finish, was seamless. Thomas, Alex, and Morgan all had 10/10 bedside manner. They each were a joy to talk to during my sessions, and truly cared about my progress. I wasn’t just another client in the chair to them. They always listened to me and made necessary adjustments with the Neurostar machine. Dr Valeseti is very kind and helped me immensely throughout TMS, and afterwards with medication management. I go for HBOT sessions too and I recommend giving those a try! They really help with healing physical pain and soreness. Overall, I highly recommend going to the healing house if you want to heal Mentally , physically and spiritually! I can’t thank them enough!

I’m puzzled by the negative reviews and can only assume it’s due to staff that are no longer there or misunderstanding on the patients part. I have only experienced positive interactions at The Healing House and everyone genuinely seemed to care about my comfort and progress. Thomas had done most of my treatments and he has been a pleasure to chat with. Always anticipating my needs like water or snack, even if I prefer overhead lighting to be on or off. I’m on my third and final week of treatments and have started to notice improvement in my sleep and depression symptoms. I have done TMS previously in another city with the Neurostar machine so I knew of the benefits already but was nervous to be treated by a new provider. I feel so comfortable with The Healing House and would definitely recommend it to anyone. My insurance covered half the cost and I was able to split up my portion into payments which was helpful also.
