I had my 1st stretch session with Nancy yesterday. It was amazing! Always have tension in my back down to my legs..I usually get massages and once in a blue, acupuncture for relaxation. Yes, they make you feel good after but usually goes away after an hour or two. After this session, I felt relaxed and calm for the rest of the day. Thank you so much for a full day of relaxation!

This was one of the best yoga experiences I've ever had! I consider myself well-practiced, but this class was a special kind of challenge. The differences in a Budokon flow really work the body in a fun new way. And Nancy is great with bringing mindfulness and positive energy into the session. 100% will do it again!

thoroughly enjoyed my sessions here. nancy does a wonderful job of creating an experience & helping people through the healing process. my body hurts. i am a professional athlete. so i need this recovery like tomorrow. i am happy i am able to recover stretch therapy as i am brand new to it. i highly recommend!
