The Mommy classes have been a total game-changer for me. They’re thoughtfully designed to help you rebuild strength, improve flexibility, and connect with other moms who are on the same journey. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and kind, always encouraging you to listen to your body while still pushing you in the best way.

I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s the best place I found since I learned I was pregnant. I started going regularly around week 19 through week 33 of pregnancy (I moved to a different city). My basics were prenatal yoga with Paola, mom strong classes with Kristie, bump to baby & newborn care with Melissa, and vaginal delivery prep. You can’t go wrong with any class. Plus, everyone is so welcoming. Thank you, The One Tribe. Can’t wait to go back 🤍

Wow! I have never seen or even heard of a place like The One Tribe. Creating a space solely to support and provide for pregnant and postpartum moms is incredible! I wish I would have had something like this around when I was pregnant. I feel like this is such an important service and I am excited to see The One Tribe grow across the country and the world.
