Today was my first day doing hot yoga, and let me tell you it was rough! It was rough in a good way! I followed all of the directions and I stayed hydrated throughout the whole entire process. The staff was very welcoming and gave me a tour of the facility. I got one hell of a workout in today!!! This was an awesome experience and I recommend you check them out! Be sure to hydrate and bring lots of water. YOU WILL SWEAT ALOT!!! Next time I go I’ll take a dip in the ice cold bath. I’m so excited!

This is an amazing studio if you are looking to get a great workout or build your community. They have a variety of classes from full body workouts to high intensity hot yoga and everything in between. I took Elizabeth’s class and she puts so much thought into her classes and music is on point. They recently added cold plunges to their space and it is such a great value add. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

Love love love Agni!!! I’ve taken many workout classes all over Miami, and these are by far the best!! Make sure to try one of Joshua’s pump classes… he’s AMAZING and makes the class so fun and motivating!! Everyone there is amazing!!!
