Michelle helped bring awareness and shift something deep in me that I was holding on to since childhood. I felt so free and energized for days after the call. Since then, I have unlocked a deeper level of safety in my body and let go of hypervigilence. Miraculously, I am less reactive to my family triggers and showing up with more ease in family relationships.
