I just learned about this place. I was given a gift card to try. I am so happy I did! I tried the foot sauna, the red light therapy and Biocharger. My mind is always busy and my body is in constant pain. After leaving there and for a few days after my mind was quieter, my pain was less and my head was clear. I was able to put my foot on my tip toes. I haven't been able to do that for over a year because of pain. The owner and the other person working with her were very helpful. The shop is beautiful. I can't wait to go back! I'm telling all my friends to go and try it.

I stopped in to the salt caves to get a gift card for the holiday season, and was met with the kindest workers. They offered to give me a full tour of the facilities and thoroughly explain to me all of the treatments. This helped me to better understand how much to put on a gift card and all they had to offer. It was decorated beautifully, dim lighting, calming music, and very clean. The highlight for me was their salt caves — just so pretty on the inside. I am excited to come here for the full experience in the future.

Salt of the Earth in Woodbury, CT, is a true gem, and Sue, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. The BioCharger experience there is amazing—it leaves you feeling refreshed, balanced, and full of energy. Sue takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the session. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, energy enhancement, or overall well-being, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
