I can’t speak highly enough of the cozy feeling I get at Soulshine Yoga! I attend weekly and my favorite class is on Wednesday nights with Karen! I love my yoga fix and feel so well balanced after. I’ve also tried the workshops offered on certain Sundays and they are excellent! Easy to book classes through the App if you’re a busy mom on the run like me! If you’re thinking about trying, don’t hesitate !

Soulshine Yoga is a beautiful yoga studio in the heart of Old Wethersfield. The studio is always a clean and calming space for me to recenter and reconnect. All of the instructors are fantastic! And the special events and workshops they hold are some of my favorites. Would absolutely recommend!

Soulshine Yoga is such a gem. The studio is clean, cozy, and has a peaceful energy that makes it the perfect place to practice. Bri, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and brings such a warm, welcoming presence to every class. She creates an environment where everyone—from beginners to seasoned yogis—feels comfortable and supported. There’s a great variety of classes, and every instructor I’ve practiced with has been fantastic. Highly recommend!
