I loved my first visit to beem!! The facility was really clean, and the staff was really helpful in explaining everything to me and how everything works! I will definitely be back!

I had a red light therapy session this morning and I was so relaxed under the comfort of the warm light. Thankfully there is a sound to alert me to turn over halfway through because it is so easy to doze off. The benefits of what the red light therapy can do for you along with how your skin leaves you feeling. I also had a session in an infrared light therapy sauna. It's different in the way it heats you from the inside out. There are many benefits to it. Beem also provides an iPad for music or tv/movies in the sauna. I would definitely recommend Beem Light Sauna! 🧖

I have been going for Red Light Therapy and Infrared Light Therapy at West Hartford for a week now (since they opened). It feels welcoming from the first visit to my last visit this week, the women are friendly and helpful, the facility is very clean, and the environment feels positive. The experience has been great each time I have gone, for both services. I signed up for a membership to help improve my health and I honestly have enjoyed the sessions and feel energized after.
