The Sound Bowl Emerson class with Brittany and Danielle was excellent! A peaceful and relaxing experience, thoughtfully guided and engaging. I left feeling grounded and energized. You can tell they truly care about creating a welcoming and supportive experience. Highly recommend Instrinsic Wellness Studio to anyone looking for a moment of stillness and healing.

I had a wonderful massage by Mary. She did some great work to alleviate the tightness in my back. I didn't anticipate the added benefit of her energy work. I left feeling balanced and energized. I highly recommend Mary and loved the atmosphere at Intrinsic Wellness Studio.

I was fortunate to participate in the inaugural class at Intrinsic Wellness Studio. I took the Dynamic Pilates Fusion class with Kat, and then I joined the Pilates Flow class today with Val. Both instructors were friendly and energetic, offering corrections where needed. I got a lot out of both classes feeling energized and I can’t wait to do more. The space itself is warm and inviting. With the variety of classes offered for all ages and fitness levels I highly recommend Intrinsic Wellness Studio!
