Well, where can I start? Jen was amazing, I pulled my neck out at the gym. Holly was able to get me in and Jen did her magic on my neck and I felt wonderful. I can’t say enough about this amazing little place. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. 😁

An absolute haven- every time I enter, I immediately feel calm and grounded, all the staff members are incredibly kind, attentive & helpful in ensuring you have a great experience- I always feel listened to and never rushed. Every single appointment I feel better stepping out than I did going in. The rooms are clean and the ambiance is perfect, lighting and sound all at comfortable levels & I really notice how much of a positive effect my sessions have on me. All of the staff are so talented, I usually see Holly or Hallie and both are magic- they know exactly how to solve whatever tension or issue you come in with.
