Love Yoga 4 Everybody! Instructors are great, I predominately take Yin Yoga, however try other classes as well. The studio is welcoming for all, regardless of experience. The owner, Ingrid, is super friendly, makes you feel comfortable and welcome. It is a great yoga community.
