I love this Pasadena Body and Brain Center. Conveniently located right off at the Lake exit. I didn't go here when it was at the paseo mall, haha! So glad to meet Master Sunny here. She is amazing and she is GREAT healer too! She asks you to get a little more pain than yesterday ;), and I love how it changes me to be a lot more flexible now. :). This center yoga is different than other places. The origin of this teaching stems from way back of the Korean history. What I get from here is healthier and happier body and mind, not just stretching and work out. Everybody should do this yoga!🧘🧘🤗

A year ago I was extremely unwell, after 2 life threatening events, I can honestly say that the regular practice of taichi at Body and Brain has saved my life and given be my strength back. I am more limber and strong than I have been in years. I sleep better I am more motivated and I have more clarity. This practice is for everyone at every fitness level whatever your age. You will start seeing and feeling results as quickly as 1 month. The instructors are all kind, loving and genuinely caring. I highly recommend Body and Brain. It’s the best decision I have made in 2024!

I’m new to tai chi but in addition to the body work, I’ve discovered I was holding a lot of stress and emotions in my body that is now being released. Years and years of stress being released that therapy could not touch. Master sunny and the others are so gentle and understanding with my journey and I’m so grateful for their help.
