I took one class at HAUM Yoga and had such a lovely experience. The studio has a warm, calming vibe that made me feel instantly at ease. The instructor was kind and grounding, and the sound bath at the end was such a beautiful touch. I left feeling deeply relaxed and recharged. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

Everything about this studio is thoughtful and EXCELLENT! Its deeply considered and impeccably run. I’ve been practicing yoga for 17 years now, and Haum feels like everything I’ve wanted - a variety of instructors (who are truly grounded in their practice & help entice you into your own), a beautiful and welcoming space, online options to meet you where you’re at, wonderful staff who make adjustments a breeze, not to mention a really wonderful range of people who walk through its doors- sweet mat neighbors who can become new friends. I first started attending over a year ago because it was nearby, and through all the life changes, I find that Haum has been a constant - a real place of connection, of presence, in the middle of the city.

This beautiful space is a gem. I met Nikita and Janet at another studio and knew I needed to visit Haum on my next trip to SF. My daughter lives in SF so I’ll be back. This is the studio I wish I had in my neighborhood. Nikita and Rosa were magical instructors. I’m a seasoned yogi who loves a down to earth, inclusive vibe. My partner is less experienced and felt just as welcome. My daughter attended class on a different day and we all agree that the front desk staff was authentically welcoming and helpful. We can’t wait to visit again!
