It has been a couple of weeks since my first Reiki session with Connie. I went into my first experience, quite skeptical (I think anyone who practices medicine would enter something like this with a bit of skepticism). However, I was quite blown away with the overall experience. I was lying there Completely “fine” As she was working and then found myself all of a sudden overcome with emotion and was in tears. Over the past two weeks I have felt more grounded And stable than I have in years. She was able to identify Some really crucial points that needed to be worked on and really hit the nail on the head With a particular spiritual cord that needed to be cut. I would highly recommend giving this A chance and being very open to the whole experience. Connie has such A high energy and is very gifted in what she does. I look forward to booking a future session to continue the work that has Begun!

I had my first session with Connie & though I have had reiki before with several different people over the years, this was a completely different experience. It is obvious during the session that Connie can go much deeper with energy. When I left I felt lighter. With a more positive mindset. She sent me a lovely email with instructions to follow up and also common side effects. She mention some clients feel flu like symptoms as your body is purging. For me I felt the opposite I was so productive and felt more present in my body and in my mind than I have felt in a long time. I can just feel that something shifted within me in a very compelling way. I will continue to see Connie & I look forward to getting certified in reiki with her at some point as well. If you are looking for someone to start or continue your reiki & healing journey with, I highly recommend Connie. Just book it! & Bonus-Her office was also beautiful & parking was easy! I had my first session with Connie this past weekend and didn't realize how much I needed it. Connie helped me understand that I needed to start protecting my energy and taught me how to do it. I had accumulated a lot of things from other people through my work as a social worker; I did not even realize I was carrying so much in my body. The pain that I was experiencing in my upper back and neck are gone and I feel lighter and brighter overall. I feel more connected to myself again which is allowing me to feel more connected to the people I love in my life. I am definitely going to see Connie again for another tune up! 🙂
