I had been searching for a great yoga studio for a long time, trying out multiple locations before finally finding one with amazing teachers and classes. I love warm yoga—not Bikram, but just enough heat to loosen up the muscles. Plus, they offer aerial yoga, which is a fantastic bonus! Very clean place and you can get a smoothie plus they can offer different service to try
