Just finished my session here, first off, Madeline (the girl at the front desk) was incredibly welcoming, I would come back just to converse even if I didn’t feel the incredible effects of the therapies. My body feels so relaxed, like all tension I’ve felt for months is completely gone. Absolutely great experience, cannot wait to come back!

Thank You Jesse for such a wonderful experience! I’ve been going to spas since I was young & especially became accustomed to European spas. This is such a fabulous combination of the most advanced healing modalities for the most benefit! I hadn’t yet experienced PEMF &, having done it here a couple weeks ago, I’m still feeling the benefits! Doing a circuit of cold plunge, sauna, red light therapy, & PEMF makes a huge impact upon chronic pain & inflammation! I can’t recommend this Wellness Studio enough. I’ll be back in a couple weeks!

Had an incredible visit here. Ran a marathon in the morning, came here, and left feeling like I could run another. At first, I tried attempting the 37 degree ice box but could only survive 5 seconds. Thankfully Desheay came to coach me with some breathing exercises that made a huge difference. I worked my way from 51 deg cold plunge, to 41, and eventually conquered the 37 with his encouragement and sound bath. Desheay is the freaking man!
