Must stop in the area. High variety of stones, they sell also dinosaur bones, high quality, Also petrified wood and a great variety of Stones from Arizona, US and other places. We enjoyed the stop and bought some lovely stones that I have now at home ( Spain) The owner very kind, explained us some questions, hope I can back some day. Thanks Tucson Mineral Gem World for your help and store!!! I have never visited a stone store so fascinating and interesting. Give you 10 stars !!!!

This place IS a real gem. This gentleman has everything: a warm smile, a welcoming tone of voice, and knowledge! There are so many minerals and gems. It's so organized in there. Everything is labeled and displayed so well. You're allowed to touch too!! Found things that I hadn't seen anywhere else I'd gone. There's a back room with displays of collections, even one from an estate sale. So very interesting and fascinating. Even if you're not a rockhound or a collector, this is a stop that must be made!!

This place is amazing. So many minerals, gems, fossils, and various wood carvings to check out. Staff was super chill and helpful. We left with quite the haul of some rarities and goodies. Make it a day trip and head north after and go through the Saguaro reserve and check out the sites.
