Wonderful experience!! The staff is so friendly. I was offered a tour shortly after entering and was so excited and pleased they thought to offer 😁. The atmosphere is so welcoming!! The view from the second floor balcony is definitely picture worthy!! The wild flower is the best flavored coffee/espresso I've EVER had!! I wish I lived here or closer just so I could get the wild flower every day. Thank you Books Beans and Candles for an amazing experience/visit 🤗

I’ve been meaning to visit this shop for awhile, and I finally got the chance last week. The selection of herbs, crystals, and metaphysical curations is extensive and of the highest quality! I have never been into a shop with a greater herbal collection; as an herbalist myself, I was thrilled with the variety! The coffee is so wonderful, I simply cannot get enough of it! I loved sipping my iced latte while I explored the shop. The staff were all very welcoming and kind, providing some of the greatest customer service and assistance I have ever experienced. All of my questions were answered happily! Because of the structure of the shop, it can be a little difficult to navigate. I did not fully understand the layout of things, I felt lost for a moment. It definitely took a short while for me to find my way around everything, but I eventually got the hang of it! The shop cats were very friendly and all the artwork for sale was beautiful. I think this is a wonderful shop that everyone should visit if given the chance! Some help with navigation would be nice, but overall, I loved it!

Absolutely fantastic. We came in a little closer to closing time than I would have liked so we didn't get to try and of the coffee, but we did get to look around the shop! There were two very well behaved employees, shadow and scorpio, who took very good care to guide us around the store. Although they did request belly rubs as a tip! The human employees were also very kind! There is a massive wealth of metaphysical items inside this store and I cant wait until my next trip to visit Birmingham so I can step back inside this wonderful place!
